ive been using this elite for quite a bit and i noticed inconsistant healing results

at times when it should heal the full 150 health because ally was low on health, it would only heal 68. And then sometimes with like the exact same health, if not even more, it will heal for the full 150. And finally there are times when ill heal someone for 120 instead of 150.

anyone know the deal of this?

Dunno, but maybe it was lag..so you thought ally was low when actually someone else healed him or he healed himself to above 50%.

Not sure about the 120 and 150.

ive noticed this too, shud be healing for 190 but end up healing 68 on a number of occasions when im the only healer in the team, i dont understand, wasnt any enchantments of conditions on me either, down to lag? im not too sure cos im on 512 connection and i never lag at all.

Be aware that you get the healing bonus only if the target ally is still below 50% after the basic healing and your divine favor bonus have been applied. This means actually you have to wait until he is WELL below 50% health. As a typical level 20 healer your basic healing and your divine favor bonus will heal for around 100 health, this means the target ally has to be 100 health below 50%. Even for a level 20 target ally this means he has to be below around 25-30%.

seems like ur target was hexed, by a healing reducer, or a deep wound even.

Also, if you've got a second healer along, you might both be hitting at the same time or you are hitting slightly after. In that case, your "healee" might get above the 50% line and reduce the amount of your healing.

Tetirs is right about his calculations. Word of healing healing bonus applies only if after the initial base heal + divine favor, ur target is still below 50% hp.

the best thing to do is cast it when ur target is reaching 2/10 of hp of his bar. by that way, u wont miss.

Also consider the following.

If the char u are healing has standard hp this is the scenario

Max hp 480
50% 240
lets say u heal him when he is arround 200 hp.

A full lvl 20 healir would give him a standard avg of 65-70 heal + divine favor. Lets say a 35-50 divine favor bonus for a total of 100-120 heal. Wich will bring ur target to 300 hp wich is above the 240 requirement for word of healing.

So in conclusion, the lower max hp ur target has the harder is gonna be to heal them and get the word of healing bonus.

Imagin a standard char with 2 superiors and no vigor.
his mas hp will be 480 - 150 of runes = 330.
this means his 50% lies at 165 hp. so he should have arroun 20-30 hp left wheh u heal em to get the bonus.

Word of healing works great with fertile seasons spirits or hp buff protection spell.

Makes it easy to get bonus.
